Senior Advisor – Clinical Evidence
Sarah trained as a medical doctor in Adelaide, Australia and is currently a Public Health Medical Registrar. She has an MSc in Public Health from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and an MSc in Evidence Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from The University of Oxford. She currently locums as a Speciality Doctor in Sexual Health.
As Senior Clinical Evidence Advisor at MSI, Sarah is responsible for keeping MSI abreast with the ever-changing landscapes of clinical evidence and best practice related to safe abortion care and contraception. She constantly reviews the literature and uses relevant findings to maintaining MSI clinical guidelines, policies, and service set-ups, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with global best practice and evidence. She is MDT’s go-to person for all clinical evidence related to contraception, safe abortion care and other related subjects.
