In his role as Managing Director for Marie Stopes Australia, Jamal is working towards creating change that will ensure equality in health care and remove the stigma around abortion care and sexual reproductive health.
Jamal has held senior roles with Mercer, Boral and Port of Melbourne Corporation. He has also held Board positions with Midsumma Festival, MS Health Pty Ltd, MSI PNG and the Two Chairs project, lending his considerable expertise to causes and communities he is passionate about.
Jamal’s work demonstrates that organisations can realise financial and operational sustainability while delivering social and equitable outcomes using evidence based data and information to inform decision making.
