Around the world, our frontline teams are the first-line of defence for sexual and reproductive health and rights – but they’re facing anti-choice attacks.

In recent decades we’ve made significant advancements in expanding access to quality sexual and reproductive health and rights, but all too often, globally connected and extremist anti-rights groups have tried to undermine this progress.

To document the impact, we surveyed MSI’s 36 country programmes on the attacks they’re witnessing on sexual and reproductive health and rights in their context, and the strategies they’re using to hold the line.
