Since 1992, MSI Madagascar has been working with national governmental and non-governmental partners to provide a full range of sexual and reproductive health services.

Services include contraception, maternal health, post-abortion care, and screening for sexually transmitted infections and HIV.

In 2014, MSI Madagascar provided 809,562 client visits, averting 300,000 unintended pregnancies and 87,000 unsafe abortions.
