MSI is proud to deliver client-centred sexual and reproductive healthcare services to over 80,000 people every single day. Delivering services at this scale requires an organisation-wide mindset that puts clinical quality and client safety at the heart of everything we do.

Every client deserves an excellent experience, rooted in safe, evidence-based service delivery, whether visiting one of MSI’s urban health centres, a rural mobile outreach team, or an MSI-supported public healthcare facility.

It is the quality of our clinical services that sets us apart and allows us to make a positive impact on the lives of millions of clients. The journey of maintaining these high standards is not always easy. It requires continuous effort, dedication, and a willingness to hold ourselves accountable.

In our clinical quality report, we share the clinical governance processes we have in place to ensure whoever the client and wherever the facility, a quality service is provided.
