Adurty Rao joined MSI Australia in December 2025 and brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across healthcare and community services in public, private and not-for-profit settings. She is deeply committed to collaboration across the health system and to advancing informed, accessible, equitable, and compassionate sexual and reproductive healthcare for communities across Australia.
She most recently served as Managing Director for Victoria and Tasmania at Virtus Health, a global fertility and reproductive health organisation, where she led service growth, improved patient outcomes and experience, expanded access to care, and strengthened partnerships across primary health, private hospitals and the public health system. She has also served as Chief People Officer at Ramsay Health Care where she played a key role in the enterprise operating model transformation supporting quality, performance, and workforce sustainability across a workforce of more than 30,000 employees.
