Dr Manish Ranjan is a medical doctor with over 17 years’ experience in developing quality improvement systems and building provider capacity, to deliver high quality sexual and reproductive health services in governmental and non-governmental settings across Asia and Africa.
As MSI’s Associate Director – Clinical Governance, Manish is responsible for establishing the system of annual competency assessments of service providers, promoting client safety across every MSI channel. This includes maintaining a partnership-wide cascade of annually endorsed Master Trainers and Clinical Trainers and overseeing the publication of competency-based training packages aligned with MSI policy and clinical guidelines. Manish is also responsible for guiding improvement of quality service delivery sites supported under the public sector strengthening channel.
Manish specialised in public health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
