Richard Bentley joined MSI in September 2017 as the Managing Director for MSI UK. He has held several senior director roles, leading service-oriented and people-centred services in healthcare.
Prior to joining MSI, he was the Operations Director and interim CEO of Horder Healthcare and the Hospital Director at Nuffield Health.
Richard has led the transformation of MSI UK in terms of governance, quality, and making services more accessible for clients. This included achieving an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating for our Manchester clinic and delivering our pioneering digital strategy. The latter has significantly improved access, communication, and waiting times for clients, whilst providing valuable management information to improve services.
In addition to helping shape national policy, Richard believes MSI UK’s greatest transformational achievement has been making genuine choice a reality for so many clients who need our services.
