Inonge has over 14 years of leadership experience in reproductive health, strategic growth, and organisational transformation. She is widely recognised for her ability to strengthen programme operations, forge impactful partnerships, and enhance donor engagement, consistently elevating MSI Zambia’s visibility, performance, and reach.
Prior to her appointment as Country Director, Inonge served as Operations Director for MSI Zambia, where she led the Health Services Department. In this role, she oversaw outreach service delivery, public sector strengthening, fleet management, and programme security, ensuring operational excellence and advancing MSI’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality sexual and reproductive health services across Zambia. Her leadership was instrumental in expanding outreach capacity, reinforcing service delivery systems, and ensuring that MSI Zambia remained a trusted provider to even the most remote and underserved communities. She focused on the adolescent and disability portfolios, where she championed inclusive, rights-based environments and evidence-driven policies.
Inonge is a dynamic leader and has served as an MSI Global Ambassador and a member of MSI’s Global DEI Panel. Active in national policy, she is also a member of the Zambia National Family Planning Technical Working Group and the National Adolescent Technical Working Group, where she influences policy and advocates for improved access to reproductive health services for women and girls. She holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University and a Master’s in Corporate Communications from the University of Zambia.
